Ordering on-line
Ordering on-line with Thames Medical is very simple. When you have found an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "Buy this item now" link. You will then be taken to your shopping basket which will detail all the items you have selected to purchase. If you have added any items by mistake, you can remove or change any part of your order here, just ensure to click the "Confirm Changes" button before proceeding. Then you can either continue shopping, or go to our checkout.
In the checkout you will see an overview of all the items you have selected to purchase. If any of the listed products are incorrect, simply go back to the shopping basket and change your order. In the checkout, enter all the information listed. If you fail to enter all the information, your order may take longer or fail to process. Enter your method of payment carefully and click "Send Order". Your details will be sent to our secure database and you will be notified via email of the progress of your order.

Delivery Details
If your order is in stock we will despatch the products the next day. If we are unable to despatch within 2 days we will contact you.
