GREEN CAT PROJECT: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Green CAT Program works via a monthly subscription payment FuturePay by Worldpay.

A FuturePay payment is a recurring payment similar to Standing Orders and Direct Debits where you arrange to have funds debited from your debit or credit card rather than from your bank account.

A recurring payment agreement of £25.00 a month will be set up to make ongoing payments on a monthly basis for your month subscription to our Green Cat Project.

Making Payments

This is where you will be taken to a secure area of WorldPay’s website to enter your card details, which will be securely recorded. You will also be asked to choose a username and password to access the Worldpay Shopper Management System (“SMS”) in order to view your payments. Once the agreement is created, you will be provided with a FuturePay Agreement ID and can view payments in the Shopper Management System (SMS) on the Worldpay website.

Each time a payment is debited from your card or bank account as part of your agreement, a transaction confirmation email is generated by our system and sent to the email address we have on record for you entered when your agreement was created. If your card expires or if a payment is not authorised, we will send you an email to you to inform you that the payment has failed and alternative arrangements will require to be made.

Please note, any contract is between you and Thames Medical Limited rather than with Worldpay.

How Often Will FuturePay Payments Be Made?

Once your agreement has been set up, payments with Thames Medical Limited will automatically be collected in monthly instalments over 24 months (unless otherwise agreed within our Purchase Agreement).

How Do I Cancel A FuturePay Agreement?

Owing to the flexible nature of the Green CAT Project, where you can join us at any point and may require either the regular or full refurbishment at any time (normally in year 2) this recurring payment (FuturePay) Agreement cannot be cancelled until either:

  1. 24 payments have been taken through Thames Medical Limited, or
  2. the balance of the agreement is paid in full.

Worldpay is unable to cancel your order/agreement or to provide you with a refund.

All goods remain the property of Thames Medical Limited until payment is received in full.

If a service agreement contract is breached, we reserve the right to take the necessary action to recover any monies owed to Thames Medical Limited.

Recovery and Administration charges of 25% of the original purchase price will be applied along with any additional legal charges incurred by the company. We reserve the right to place a customer account of hold without further support from Thames Medical Limited until payments are brought up to date in line with the original contract/agreement terms.

Which Cards Do We Accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and JCB. We do not accept American Express.

Payments are accepted in pounds sterling (£).
