The Lutech Care Program takes that pressure away by ensuring your monitor stays in top condition through regular servicing while our loaner service minimises downtime.
The comprehensive agreement with Thames Medical provides:
- Complete care for your monitor through annual servicing
- Loaner unit with a free pick-up and drop-off courier service
- Free disposables
- Dedicated support
All you have to do is to take our loan monitor from its cushioned carry case and place yours inside, return this to the courier, and we’ll handle the rest. You can use your annual service as a checkup, or as breakdown cover in the event of an accident during your contract.

12-Month Contract
At the start of your contract, we will contact you to arrange a date for your annual service. You can book it in advance, or use it as emergency cover.
In addition to this we will also offer a half-price CPD session which you can schedule for any point during your 12-month contract*.

* This is an optional extra, and you won’t have to make the decision right away – you can claim your half-price session at any point throughout the contract. CPD sessions cost £325 at discounted rate.
** W.E.E.E. Approved. If your monitor breaks down and cannot be repaired, we pay £60.00 to ensure that the monitor parts are recycled.

FINANCIAL BENEFITS
The Lutech Care Plan provides insurance against unexpected breakdowns. Use your annual service as breakdown cover and never pay for an unexpected bill again. If unused by the end of the contract, we’ll perform a full service, recalibration and full internal clean so the monitor remains in top condition.
The plan can be paid monthly or annually, whichever suits you best. You’ll also get 15% off store-wide for as long as you remain a member.
